Interventions to Promote Adjustment in Health and Education

Our second line of research focuses on developing and evaluating interventions to improve outcomes in health and education. This focus arises from the recognition of the necessity for innovative, pragmatic, and evidence-based interventions to address complex human problems. Areas of particular interest include integrated psychological interventions for comorbid mental and physical health concerns, transdiagnostic applications of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and support programs for students from underrepresented backgrounds.
